Unser neues Angebot bei Stephanie ist darauf ausgelegt, schwergewichtige Menschen sanft über die Musik an Bewegung heranzuführen und ihnen Freude an körperlicher Aktivität zu vermitteln.
Durch eine Kombination aus klassischem Aerobic, Qi Gong und Lachyoga sollen die Teilnehmer motiviert werden, ihre Fitness zu steigern und mehr Selbstvertrauen zu sich und dem eigenen Körper aufzubauen. Ziele des Kurses sind:
